Mountain Camp Lottery

Because of high demand, registrations for Mountain Camp are selected by lottery system.

All lottery applications must be completed by end of day on February 17 and the lottery drawing will occur on February 18. Campers who have applied by the end of the 17th, will be randomly selected and will receive an email with instructions to complete their registration. Once notified, they will have until the end of the day on February 20th to complete their registration and payment. 

The lottery system will give weight to campers who applied the previous year and were not selected by the lottery system. For each consecutive year that a camper applies for Mountain Camp and is not selected by the lottery system, they will receive an additional "virtual ticket" for the subsequent year. After being selected to attend Mountain Camp or by not applying, their virtual tickets will reset to zero. The "virtual tickets" will be calculated by the system.

Campers who are selected may not transfer their registration to another camper. If they are unable to attend, another camper will be selected randomly by the system. Campers may only register once each year. Attempts to game the system will disqualify the camper.
